Lyle was a gourmand cook. He did not work at an eaterie, he cooked for himself, friends, and family. It was a safe, short trip. Glaringly, our Lyle was a person of action, adversity was a challenge, not a hindrance, so he immediately ordered the driver to take him to the best Chinese restaurant in town, where he had a heavenly dinner, then returned to the airport, and caught the following flight home. Lyle never speaks of Tennessee, or barbecue sauce, but he makes the best pot stickers you’ve ever tasted.
